• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 少子高齢化の進行，医療・介護現場の人手不足等から，一人一人に寄り添い，1 台でさまざまな作業をこなすことで人を支えるロボットの実現が望まれている．本発表では，2050 年にビジネス，家事，介護，看護，治療を自律的に実行可能なスマートロボット “AIREC (AI-driven Robot for Embrace and Care)” を実現するプロジェクトにおける ELSI（倫理的・法的・社会的な課題）の検討の一環として，法的リスク検討のためのケーススタディを作成し，論点の明確化とリスク低減の方策を論ずる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: With the declining birthrate, aging population, and labor shortage in the medical and nursing care fields, there is a need for a robot that can support people by performing various tasks on its own, and by being close to each person. In this presentation, we will discuss the ELSI (Ethical, Legal, and Social Initiative) in the project to realize AIREC (AI-driven Robot for Embrace and Care), a smart robot that can autonomously perform business, housework, nursing care, nursing, and medical treatment by 2050. As part of the study of ethical, legal, and social issues, a case study will be developed to examine legal risks, clarify the issues, and discuss risk reduction measures.
