• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 自動車のコネクティッドサービスの普及に伴い様々なデータの収集と利活用が進んでいる．これらのデータは会社資産・機密であると同時に個人情報・プライバシー情報を含むパーソナルデータであり，情報漏洩対策や目的内での利用の徹底のために，通常よりも厳格なポリシーに基づいて取り扱う必要がある．本稿では，その取り組みの一つとして，利便性を大きく損なわずに適正なデータ利活用を可能にすることを目的に構築し，改善を加えながら運用しているパーソナルデータ利活用環境について，設計指針，構成，設計の特徴と運用上の工夫，課題などを紹介する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: With the proliferation of connected vehicles and related services, the collection and utilization of various data is advancing. This data is not only company assets and confidential information, but also includes personal data, such as personally identifiable information and privacy information. It is necessary to handle this data based on stricter policies than usual to prevent data leakage and to ensure thorough use within the intended purposes. We have developed and have been operating a personal data utilization environment to enable appropriate data use without significantly compromising usability. In this paper, we will share the basic design principles, architecture, characteristic features of design, operational ingenuity, and future challenges of the environment.
