| 内容記述 | Disinformation は感情を煽ることで，ソーシャルメディアユーザによる拡散を助長している．ユーザを対象とした様々な対策が推進されているものの，怒りを煽ることで拡散させようとする Disinformation に対しては現状の対策では限界がある．本研究は，怒りを減少させる情動調節戦略を用いたデジタルナッジが，Disinformation から煽られた感情にも有効であるか明らかにすることを目的とした．怒りを煽る Disinformation の感情情報を可視化した感情ラベリングと情動調節戦略に基づくメッセージを表示するデジタルナッジを作成し，その効果を実験で検証した．実験の結果，フォロワーへの思いやりを想像する気晴らしナッジと客観的・分析的視点でみる視点取得ナッジが，Disinformation から煽られた感情を減少させる可能性があることが分かった． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Disinformation supports the spread by social media users by encouraging emotions. Though various countermeasures have been promoted for users, current countermeasures have limitations against disinformation that attempts to spread by encouraging anger. This study aimed to clarify that digital nudges using emotion regulation strategies that reduce anger are also effective against emotions encouraged by disinformation. We created digital nudges that display messages based on affect labeling and emotion regulation strategies that visualize the emotional information of disinformation that encourages anger, and verified its effectiveness in an experiment. The experimental results showed that a distraction nudge that imagines caring for followers and a perspective-taking nudge that takes an objective and analytical viewpoint may reduce the emotions encouraged by disinformation. | |||||||||
