• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 情報保障とは，誰もが等しく情報を入手する環境を整えること，情報へのアクセスを保障することである．ろう・難聴者の情報保障では，音情報を手話や文字などを利用して視覚的に伝えたり，逆に手話や文字などを音声に変えるなどして，対等なコミュニケーションを保障する必要がある．高等教育機関に在籍するろう・難聴者は，増加傾向にあり，多岐にわたる専門分野で学びを深めている．より多くの学会や研究会で情報保障の取組みが実現されることで，ろう・難聴者も交えた研究についての議論が可能となる．本講演では，筆者らが寄稿した学会誌の記事 [1] をもとに，ろう・難聴者の代表的な情報保障について述べ，アクセシビリティガイドライン [2] のうち，特に配慮すべきポイントについて紹介する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Invited talk Information support means creating an environment in which everyone has equal access to information. Information support for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing people (DHH) requires that they can communicate equally by visually conveying auditory information using sign language and text, and conversely, by converting sign language and text into speech information. The number of DHH in higher education is increasing and they are learning in various specialized fields. Spreading of information support at academic scenes will enable the discussion of research involving DHH. In this talk, we will discuss typical information support for DHH and introduce the points to be considered especially in the accessibility guidelines [2] based on the authors’ article in the journal of the IEICE [1].
