ネットワークログの因果解析はトラブルシューティングにおいてオペレータがシステムの振る舞いを俯瞰的に捉える助けとなる．しかし現状では，ログデータの粒度の制約により，イベント間の因果を十分な信頼性で明らかにすることが難しい．本研究ではオペレータの知識を用いてログから得られる因果の信頼性を向上させることを目指し，オペレータが因果の正誤をフィードバックするログの対話的因果解析技術について提案を行う．事前知識を用いたログ因果解析，オペレータがフィードバックを検討する上で必要な情報を提供する可視化，そしてフィードバックの入力の 3 つの要素技術に着目してその要件を整理し，実現および実用化に向けての課題を検討する． |

Causal analysis of network logs is helpful for operators to understand the general behavior of network systems for troubleshooting. However, it is difficult to detect causality between log events with sufficient reliability due to the coarse granularity of the log data. In this research, we propose an interactive causal analysis approach where operators provide feedback on correct and incorrect causality from network logs in order to improve the reliability of the causality with operator knowledge. We discuss the requirements and challenges in the following three elementary technologies: log causal analysis with prior knowledge, visualization to provide information for considering feedback, and the user interface for inputting feedback. |
