• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 時間名から時間軸上の位置を Linked Data の仕組みを活用して取得するための機能（タイム・リゾルバ）を構築した．時間名リソースの URIを与えることにより， OWL-Time または HuTime Ontologyに則って記述された RDFデータを取得・解釈し，関連する時間名リソースを参照しながら，時間名が表す時間軸上の位置を返す．この仕組みは Web API として公開されており，検索条件の設定，データの構築や解釈，テキストデータの解析など，時間情報にかかるさまざまな処理に活用することができる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We developed the time resolver which is a function to obtain positions on the temporal axis from a temporal name using the Linked Data mechanism. By giving the URI of a temporal name resource, the function accesses and interprets RDF data described according to OWL-Time or HuTime Ontology, and returns the temporal position indicated by the temporal name, while re ferring to other related temporal name resources. This function is available through a Web API, and can be used to various processes related to temporal information such as setting search conditions, constructin g temporal data, and analyzing text data.
