| 内容記述 | 非集中型教育は，学校の外において，比較的小規模で自発的に形成されるコミュニティでの主体的な学びの活動を通じて，コミュニティ間の学びのネットワークを構築し，自由で開かれた教育の実現を目指す．一方で，伝統的な分権化教育は，中央から地方への分権化の一環として教育を非集中化するものであり，持続可能な社会実現における重要な役割が期待されている．しかし，分権化教育には，財政的問題や教育者，学習者のモチベーションの問題など，いくつかの大きな課題も存在している．我々は，伝統的な分権化教育の中にデジタルバッジやマイクロラーニングそしてマイクロクレデンシャルを取り入れた非集中型教育を実施するフレームワークを提案し，これにより非集中型教育の現実的な運用を実現し，分権化教育の持つ課題を解消する．本研究では，地方自治体の学校に勤務する教員の学びのコミュニティとして位置づけ，分権化教育の下での教員研修をオンラインベースの非集中型教育により実施するという実証実験を行い，その効果と課題を明らかにする． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The emergence of decentralized education through online learning platforms encourages autonomous learning within spontaneously formed small communities and decentralized nodes. Its primary objective is cultivating learning networks amongst these communities and fostering free and open education. In contrast, conventional decentralized education aspires for a transition from a centralized to a localized governance model, holding the potential to drive us toward a sustainable society. However, this traditional approach grapples with numerous hurdles, including financial constraints and fluctuating motivation levels of educators and learners. It has yet to manifest its full potential and benefits―online-based decentralized education endeavors to address and surmount these inherent challenges. In our study, local governments act as the foundational nodes of these communities, while teachers operating within these governmental bodies are seen as the learners of their respective communities. Through integrating online education, we embed the concept of online-based decentralized education within the traditional decentralized education framework. Conducting empirical experiments within this hybrid model allows us to elucidate the significant role that online-based decentralized education can play within its traditional counterpart. This exploration also sheds light on the efficacy and potential pitfalls of the new decentralized educational paradigm. | |||||||||
