障がい者の入所する福祉支援施設では，被支援者である利用者が起こすインシデントを未然に防ぐことが重要であるが，インシデントの発生を予測することはベテランの支援者でも難しい．そこで本研究では福祉支援施設の支援記録からインシデントの予兆を検出する手法を提案し，実験によりその有効性を検証する．具体的には，支援記録本文および日付などの付随情報を入力すると支援記録が予兆か否かを分類する予兆の検出器を利用者ごとに作成する．実験では，利用者10人の支援記録を用いて提案する予兆検出器の精度を検証し，平均で0.87のＦ値を確認した．また，8人の利用者は付随情報を活用することで検出精度が向上することを確認した． |

Welfare facilities require workers to prevent incidents before they happen, which is difficult even if the workers are experts. This paper proposes a new method to detect signs of incidents in the records of welfare facilities. Concretely, we utilize the text and additional attributes of the records to output the incident sign. The experimental results showed that the proposed method achieved an F-measure of 0.87 for detecting incident signs in the records of ten residents. Furthermore, the additional attributes were found to be helpful in detecting the signs for eight out of the ten residents. |
