| 内容記述 | 近年，金融機関におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションが推進される状況下において，組織横断的なデータ利活用といった，従来想定していないデータ利活用が求められている．上記に伴い従前では存在しなかったようなセキュリティやプライバシーの問題が発生し得る為，それらの問題を解決するべく多くのPETs（Privacy enhancing technologies）が研究，開発されている．本稿では，そのようなPETs の使い分けや組み合わせに関し，個別PET の技術的な仔細ではなく，横断的な視点から調査を行った結果を報告する．また，PETs を活用するにあたり有用な既存研究やフレームワーク及びガイドラインを考察した結果，PETs 自体の複雑性やPETs を取り巻く周辺環境の複雑さを確認した．ゆえに，金融機関等の技術利用者側が適切なPETs 活用を行う為には，検討のハードルを引き下げるPETs の使い分けと利用方法に関して適切なサジェストを行うガイドツールが必要であると考え，PETs Guide Tool の提案を行った．また，PETs Guide Tool を既存ガイドライン等と主に実用性と拡張性の観点から比較を行った． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, as financial institutions promote digital transformation, they are required to utilize data in ways that were not previously expected, such as cross-organizational data utilization. In order to solve the security and privacy issues that may arise as a result of the above, many privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) have been researched and developed. In this paper, we report the results of a survey on the use and combination of such PETs from a cross-sectional perspective, rather than from the technical details of individual PETs. In addition, we have reviewed existing studies, frameworks, and guidelines that are useful for the use of PETs, and have confirmed the complexity of PETs themselves and the surrounding environment for PETs. Therefore, we proposed a PETs guide tool, based on our belief that a guide tool that provides appropriate suggestions on how to use PETs and which PETs to use is necessary to lower the hurdles for financial institutions and other technology users to make appropriate use of PETs. We also compared the PETs guide tool with existing guidelines, etc., mainly from the viewpoints of practicality and expandability. | |||||||||
