• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Non-Fungible Token（NFT）はブロックチェーン上で管理されるトークンの一種である．NFT はデジタル資産やリアル資産に紐づけて発行され，主にNFTはデジタルアートのマーケットプレイスでの取引に利用されている．一方で，唯一性を保証するだけのNFTの利用は伸び悩んでおり，新たなNFTのユースケースが求められている状況である．本稿では，NFTによる著作権管理手法を参考に，NFTの新たな活用法としてクリップアートの利用権管理へ活用する手法を提案する．具体的には，NFTの発行サービスにてクリップアートにその利用権を示すNFTへのリンクを埋め込み，同時に当該コンテンツの特徴をNFTのメタ情報に埋め込むことで双方向の紐づけを行った上でNFTを発行する．検証システムは画像内のメタ情報を起点にしてNFTの取引履歴を参照，利用権の正当性を検証することが可能となり，所有者は利用権の正当性を証明可能にする．利用権の正当性を積極的に証明できることで，クリップアートの適切な利用を促進できる効果が期待できる．本提案の仕組みはNFTの新たなユースケースを示すものであり，広く用いられている画像フォーマットを利用しているため，既存のソフトへの導入も可能である．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: A non-fungible token (NFT) is a type of token managed on a blockchain. NFTs are issued in connection with digital assets or real assets and are mainly used for transactions in digital art marketplaces. On the other hand, the utilization of NFT which only guarantees the uniqueness is stagnant and there is a need for new use cases of NFT. In this paper, referring to the copyright management method by NFT, we propose a new application method of NFT for usage right management of clip arts. Concretely, a link to the NFT showing the utilization right of the clip arts is embedded in the clip arts itself by the publishing service of the NFT, and at the same time, the feature of the content is embedded in the meta information of the NFT, and the NFT is issued after the bidirectional connection is carried out. The Verification system can check the legitimacy of the usage rights by referring to the transaction history of the NFT from the start of the meta information in the image, and the owner can prove the legitimacy of the usage right. By being able to prove the validity of the usage rights positively, the effect which can promote the appropriate utilization of the clip arts can be expected. The proposed system shows a new use case of NFT and can be introduced into existing software because it utilizes widely used image formats.
