• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 研究不正防止の観点から研究データ管理の環境整備が急務となっている．文部科学省は研究不正調査に関するガイドラインを公表しているが，そこでは具体的な調査手順は示されておらず，研究データ管理システムの要件定義ができない要因になっている．また，公表前の研究データは機密情報にあたり，実際にシステムで研究データを管理する際の情報漏洩防止，改ざん防止を行わなければならないなど，未だ研究データ管理システムを実現する上での課題は多い．そこで本研究では研究不正調査に使用可能な証拠を確保できるようにし，さらに機密性を維持できる研究データ管理システムの提案・開発を行った．提案システムの要件定義では文部科学省のガイドラインを元に不正調査における研究データの取り扱いのフローを定義し，それを基に要件定義した．実装は Nextcloud のカスタムアプリケーションとして行った．最後に，提案する研究データ管理システムを現在運用されている GakuNin RDM と比較して評価し，提案システムが優位であることを示した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: From the viewpoint of preventing research misconduct, preparing the environment for Research Data Management (RDM) is an urgent task. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) has published guidelines for research misconduct investigations, but they do not specify specific investigation procedures. This factor makes it impossible to define requirements for RDM systems. In addition, research data that has not yet been published must be treated as confidential data, and it is necessary to prevent information leakage and falsification when managing research data in a system. Thus, there are still many problems in realizing RDM systems. In this research, we have proposed and developed an RDM system that can secure evidence that can be used for research misconduct investigations and that can maintain confidentiality. Based on the MEXT's guidelines, we have defined the flow of handling research data in misconduct investigations and set requirements for the RDM system based on the flow. The implementation was done as a custom application of Nextcloud. Finally, we evaluated the proposed RDM system compared to GakuNin RDM, which is currently in operation, and showed that the proposed system is superior.
