• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 平成 30 年 6 月 15 日に閣議決定された，統合イノベーション戦略において，「標準化やデータ間の連結・連携等も行いつつ，二次利用性及び機械判読可能性を確保した形でデータを蓄積し，エビデンスシステムを構築」や「研究データの管理・公開等を促進し，公的資金による研究成果としての研究データについてはデータインフラを通じて機械判読可能化を促進」の方向性が記載されている．医学研究においては，研究データの品質向上の必要性がより一層高まっており，研究促進と研究不正防止が強く求められている．また，研究の加速化や新たな知識の創造などを促すために，オープンアクセスやオープンデータなどのオープンサイエンスが活発化され始めている．これまでの研究において，研究データの公開には，第三者のデータ利用を考慮し，正しく理解し利用可能なメタデータの付与などの対応が必要である．被験者情報について，医学研究における国際標準を用いた症例報告書では収集項目と回答，データベースでは変数名と変数の事例を紹介する．

In medical research, the need to improve the quality of research data is becoming even greater, and there is a strong need to promote research and prevent research misconduct. In addition, open science, such as open access and open data, is beginning to become more active in order to accelerate research and promote the creation of new knowledge. In research to date, it has been necessary to take measures such as the provision of metadata that can be properly understood and used, taking into consideration the use of data by third parties, for the release of research data. Regarding subject information, we will present examples of collection items and responses in case report forms using international standards in medical research, and variable names and variables in databases.
