• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: パニック障害の症状の一つに予期不安がある．予期不安とは以前に発作が起きた場所や状況において，再び発作が起きるのではないかという不安を覚えてしまうことである．暴露療法は予期不安を覚える場所や状況において，実際には発作が起こらないことを認識し，予期不安への対処を身に着ける治療法である．仮想空間上で暴露療法が行える VR 暴露療法システムが提案されている．久野らは，予期不安を覚える状況や場所において段階的に不安への対処方法を練習できる VR 暴露療法システムを開発した．しかし，このシステムは段階的に開発が進んだため，2 つの異なるシステムとして提供されており，使いやすいシステムとなっていない．そこで本研究では，当該の2つのシステムを統合した上でユーザビリティに関する課題を解決した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: One of the symptoms of panic disorder is anticipatory anxiety. Anticipatory anxiety is the fear of having another attack in an area or situation where a previous attack has occurred. Exposure therapy is a treatment method to recognize that seizures do not happen in the area or case where anticipatory anxiety occurs and to learn how to cope with anticipatory anxiety. A VR exposure therapy system is a system to do exposure therapy in a virtual space. Kuno et al. developed a VR exposure therapy system in that patients with panic disorder can practice coping skills for anxiety in a step-by-step manner in situations and places where they experience anticipatory anxiety. However, since this system was developed in stages, it is provided as two different systems and is not easy to use. In this study, we integrated the two systems and solved usability issues.
