• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 従来，人材育成に e ラーニングや動画教材の導入は大企業を中心に試みられてきた．2019 年以降のコロナ禍におけるオンライン授業やオンラインセミナーの実施に伴い，動画による人材育成はより幅広く求められるようになっている．受講者にとっても，場所と時間を選ばない学びの場が拡大することはメリットとなる．多様な動画教材が提供される中，特に，今後，求められるデジタル人材の基礎力なる知識，技能を効果的に身に付けられる教材は，リスキリングの一助にもなるだろう．本稿では，デジタル人材育成に向けた動画教材開発に関する現状の動向，教材開発や運用について調査し，課題を洗い出した．対面型育成プログラムや現在見られる動画教材と比較し，人材育成を主眼に置いた動画教材を開発する上での共通点や相違点を，プログラムの構成や時間，共有方法などの面から考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Traditionally, the introduction of e-learning and video materials for talent resource development has been attempted mainly by large companies, and with the implementation of online classes and online seminars in the COVID-19 Disaster from 2019 onward, there will be a wider demand for talent resource development through video. Students will also benefit from the expansion of learning opportunities that allow them to study from any place and at any time. While a wide variety of video materials are available, especially materials that enable students to effectively acquire the knowledge and skills that will become the basic skills of digital talent resources that will be required in the future will also help reskilling. In this paper, we surveyed the current trends in the development of video materials for digital talent resource development, the development and operation of such materials, and identified issues. Compared with face-to-face training programs and video materials currently available, we discuss the similarities and differences in developing video materials mainly for talent resource development, in terms of program structure, time, and sharing methods.
