• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 工場などで稼働する搬送機械、工作機械などを制御するプログラムを自動生成するシステムを開発した。機器の動作仕様としてタイムチャートを与えると、その指定通り動作するラダー図を生成する。タイムチャートの書き方を、時間駆動、イベント駆動双方の駆動方式を分かりやすく、完全に、誤りなく記述できるように改めた。また制御対象の状態を動的にチェックする指定も記述できるようにした。プログラム生成方式にルール登録の枠組みを作ることで機能拡張が可能となった。本システムは試作段階にあるが、対象としたシステム全体の工数の15%程度を削減し、タイムチャートとプログラムの対応が保証されることなどが期待される。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper describes an automatic program generator for programs that control various machines in production lines of plants. This generator reads specifications of machines to be controlled in the form of timing charts and generates ladder diagrams for programmable controllers. Using these formalized timing charts, easy-to-understand time-driven and event-driven machine control specifications can be derived completely and error-freely. Furthermore, program-generation rules can be extended by adding generation rules to the frame of rules. This system is expected to reduce the production cost of production lines by about 15% from the present one. Also, the guarantee of matching timing charts and programs is expectable.
