会議やグループワーク等複数人で行われる議論の場において，沈黙が生じることで会議が円滑に進まず，有意義な議論を行うことができないという問題が起こることがある．この原因の1つとして，会議参加者の気持ちが参加者間で共有されず，議論を深めるべきなのか，次の話題に進めるべきか，の判断が困難であることがあると考える．この問題を解決するために本研究では，意思決定型会議を対象に，会議進行に影響する意思を「気持ち」と定義し，賛同します・反対します・意見あります，の3つの気持ちの可視化を支援するボタンを参加者に使用させることで，会議進行を円滑にする方法について検討した．提案システムを用いた評価実験の結果，参加者の主観評価において「活発に議論ができたこと」と「参加者間で意思の疎通が取れていること」の2つの観点で，システムの使用条件と不使用条件の間に有意差が認められた．本論文では，評価実験の結果を報告し，可視化すべき気持ちの種類やユーザインタフェース，議論に与えた影響について議論する． |

Uncomfortable silences often prevent the smooth progress of discussions in meetings or conferences. One of the causes of these silences may be that the insufficient sharing of their intention makes participants difficult to decide whether they should proceed or deepen the discussion. In this research, we propose a button system that helps participants to visualize their intentions that may affect the progress of a meeting, such as “Agree,” “Disagree” and “Have an opinion” for decision-making meetings. The results from our experiment showed that significant differences in the participants' subjective evaluations of “lively discussion” and “good communication among participants” were found between the use and non-use conditions of the system. In this paper, we report the results from our experiment and examine what kinds of intentions should be visualized, and their effects on the progress of meetings. |
