高齢者の健康維持のためには日常的に身体活動を行うことが効果的とされているが，現状においては高齢者のおよそ半数は厚生労働省の身体活動量基準を達成できていないとの指摘もある．また，高齢者に焦点を当てて身体活動促進の介入を行う研究は様々あるが，デジタル技術の介入を伴う研究はこれまであまり議論が進んでいなかった．本研究では，高齢者に対する意向調査を踏まえ，ウェアラブルデバイス及びモバイル端末を活用し，デジタル技術の介入を伴う高齢者身体活動支援システムの提案を行う． |

Although it is believed that daily physical activity is effective in maintaining the health of the elderly, it has been pointed out that approximately half of the elderly population does not currently meet the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's physical activity standards. In addition, while there have been various studies on physical activity promotion interventions focusing on the elderly, studies involving digital technology interventions have not been widely discussed. This study proposes a physical activity support system for the elderly that utilizes wearable devices and mobile terminals and involves digital technology intervention, based on an intention survey of the elderly. |
