• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: SDGs（持続可能な開発目標）に代表されるように，相互に関連しあい複雑な問題に直面している現在，個人では正解を導き出すことは難しい．そのために，1人1人の知識だけでは創造できない高次元の集合知が求められている．そして，集合知を生み出すためには，ファシリテーションが重要といわれている．そこで本研究は，ダイバーシティ・マネジメントの研究分野のフォールトライン（以下，FL）理論を応用して，議論のプロセスを可視化する．そのうえで，議論の進行と集合知の生成関係と，そのプロセスへのファシリテータの関与を明らかにすることを目的とする．FLとは，グループを1つ以上の属性によりサブグループ（以下，SG）に分ける仮想の分割線である．実際に議論された内容をテキストデータに起こし，議論の特徴語を分散表現でベクトル化する．そのベクトルを特徴語の属性と見なし，10発言を1つのグループにして特徴語の関係性をFLとSGで測る．そして，移動平均法を用いて，議論の発散・収束プロセスをFLの強さ，多様性をSG数の変化で可視化する．その結果，特徴語を引継ぎながら発言が続いた後に，ある特徴語を中心に収束し，新たに拡大に転じることによりFLが収束・発散を描き，その過程で補完による集合知に発展する可能性がある話題展開が発生することが分かった．また，そのプロセスにおいて，ファシリテータがテーマを絞り込むことが重要であることも分かった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This study aims to visualize a discussion process with a divergent and convergent model by applying the faultline perspective from the diversity management field. The faultline is a hypothetical dividing line that splits a group into subgroups according to one or more attributes. The facilitator's involvement in the discussion is essential in solving complex and interrelated issues. Therefore, this study clarifies the relationship between the discussion process and the generation of collective intelligence and the facilitator's involvement to the discussion process. During the analytical process, the feature words of the discussion are vectorized by distributed representation. The strength of faultlines and the number of subgroups are calculated with the vector of feature words. These denote the relationship of each featured word, and the discussion process is visualized by variation in the strength of faultlines using the moving average method. As a result, we found that the subject, which may develop into collective intelligence by complementation, was occurred at the stage of converging around a specific feature word or turning to divergence, and that it is important for a facilitator to narrow a theme.
