データサイエンスに必要とされるプログラミング環境を構築するための技術的構成要素の開発が進み，それらの構成要素のデータセンターでの運用に関する知見も普及しつつある．この論文では，そのような技術や知見を活用し，大阪大学における初年次ゼミナールのあるクラスに，プログラミング学習環境を提供する際に獲得した知見や課題を報告する．授業中，受講者のプログラミング環境の活用度や課題の達成度を確認しつつ，受講者の集中力を維持するためには，学習分析システムとの適宜的連携とフィードバックが必要であり，その展望についても述べる． |

The development of technical components to create the programming environment required for data science is progressing, and knowledge of the operation of these components in data centers is becoming more widespread. In this paper, we report on the findings and challenges we encountered in providing a programming learning environment for one of our first-year seminar classes at Osaka University, utilizing such technology and knowledge. In order to maintain students' concentration while checking their utilization of the programming environment and achievement of assignments during class, appropriate linkage and feedback with the learning analysis system is necessary, and we will discuss the prospects for this system. |
