• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 社会における AI 技術の重要な応用分野として，インターネットにおいて自然人の代理的振舞いをする AI エージェントあるいはサイバネティック・アバター（CA）が重要視され始めている．これらは，メタバースの構成要素として位置付けることができる．しかし，自然人本人と AI エージェントや CA との間のトラスト，AI エージェントや CA とインターネットを介してやり取りが行われる他の自然人やソフトウェアとのトラストは，これらが円滑に活動するために必要である．本報告では，このトラストを法的位置づけの観点，技術的実現性の観点から考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: AI agents or cybernetic avatars (CAs), which act as surrogates for natural persons on the Internet, are beginning to gain importance as an important application area for AI technology in society. These can be positioned as components of the metaverse. However, trust between natural persons themselves and AI agents or CAs, and between AI agents or CAs and other natural persons or software with which they interact via the Internet, are necessary for their smooth operation. In this report, we discuss this trust from the viewpoint of legal positioning and technical feasibility.
