• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ナーススケジューリングでは，各日各シフトに適切な数のナースを配置するだけでなく，ナースの健康や社会生活を考慮するために多くの制約を満たす必要がある．さらに，暗黙的な制約や評価尺度を考慮して，現場で実用できる解を得るためには，最適解を1つ得るといった単純な最適化方法では不十分だと考えられる．本研究では，選択の自由度や効率的な解修正を支援するための情報として，多様な解を複数提供することを考える．病院現場でベテランナースの配置を重要視して勤務表が作成されている事実に基づき，ナーススケジューリングの定式化に頻出する意思決定変数（特定のナースや日）に着目し，これらの値の違いを解の「違い」として扱うことで，解の多様性を考える．そして，できるだけ大きな違いを持つ複数の解を同時に得るための多様解生成モデルを提案する．次に，モデルに基づいて得られた複数解の間の違いや，違いを大きくしようとすることで各勤務表の品質にどのように影響するかを観察する．また，変数の重要性を考慮せずに，すべての変数について互いの違いが大きくなる複数解を得た結果とも比較する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Nurse scheduling involves creating a schedule that not only has the required number of nurses in each shift each day, but also satisfies many constraints considering the health and social life of each nurse. In addition, due to implicit constraints and unstated criteria, simple optimization techniques that find a single optimal solution do not suffice for obtaining a practical solution. In hospitals, schedules are created with attention given to the work shifts of skilled nurses. Accordingly, in this study, we focus on decision variables concerning skilled nurses which frequently appear in the formulation of optimization models, and we treat the degree of difference in the values of these variables as the “difference” between solutions. We propose a simple model for simultaneously obtaining multiple solutions that differ greatly from each other. We then observe the differences between multiple solutions given by our model and how these differences affect the quality of each schedule. We also compare the results of obtaining multiple solutions that differ greatly from each other for all variables without considering the importance of the variables.
