• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 視覚障害者に対して情報提供を行っている施設として，視覚障害者情報提供施設がある．しかし，現状の事業内容と同組織の設置根拠である身体障害者福祉法第 34 条の記述内容が乖離していることが示唆されている．そこで本論では，同組織の Web ページに掲載されている事業内容について調査し，同法第 31 条から 34 条の記述に基づいてグループ化を行った．加えて，3 組織に対して現地でインタビューを行った．その結果，「同法 31 条に関する事業」を 45 組織 (63.38%)，「同法 34 条に関する事業」を 71 組織 (100.00%)，「その他の事業」を 54 組織 (76.06%) で実施されていることが分かった．そして，公共図書館と連携し事業を行っている組織があることが分かった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Braille libraries offer information to the people with visually impaired. But it was differences between current services and descriptions which are defined by the article 34 of the Act for the Welfare of Persons with Physical Disabilities. Therefore, we surveyed the services of the Web pages of the braille libraries and separated them to the groups by the descriptions from the article 31 to 34 of the Act. In addition, each interview was conducted at the three braille libraries. The results expressed that the number of the libraries of services concerned article 31 of the act is 45(63.38%), the number of article 34 is 71(100.00%) and the number of the other services is 54(76.06%). And some braille libraries collaborated the public libraries.
