• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 釈迦は，3つの教理（十二縁起，四諦，八正道）を説いたとされる．本稿では，当該教理に対する著者の理解と仏教研究者とのディスカッションに基づき，(1) ソーシャルエンジニアの思惑どおりにモノを渡したり受け取ったりしがちな人の傾向性，(2) モノを授受するという判断に至るまでの心理的過程，(3) ソーシャルエンジニアリングに対抗するために人が日常的に実践すべき行動を考察する．この研究は，人工知能の父であるMarvin Minsky氏が残した興味深い言葉に著者が出会ったことがきっかけである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: It is said that Buddha preached three doctrines (The twelve nid=anas, The four noble truths, and the noble eightfold path). Based on the understanding of the doctrines and the outcome from discussions with Buddhist researchers, author has made three inferences: (1) People's tendencies those who are likely to give/receive things to/from social engineers, (2) People's mental processes that enable his/her mind to reach a decision to give/receive things to/from attackers, and (3) Concrete practices for people those who should do daily to cope with social engineering. Motivated by interesting words from Prof. Marvin Minsky, a father of Artificial Intelligence, author made a start to find a clue/way to lessen the number of victims of social engineering.
