• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 問題の原因のさらなる原因を探索することで，根本原因を見つけ，そこに対策を打つことで，課題の抜本解決を図る課題解決の方法はよく知られている．このときに，問題事象を示す図形要素を，因果関係を表す矢印で結合して作られるネットワーク (以降，因果ネットワーク) は，ロジカルシンキングでの課題解決の手段としてしばしば用いられる．本論文は 2020 年に起きた東京証券取引所のシステム障害 (以降，東証事例) を報じた記事を題材にして，因果ネットワークを作成する演習を行ったときに観察された誤り事例について紹介し，課題解決手法の教授における課題について議論する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In logical thinking it is well known problem-solving technique that is searching for a further cause of the problem, finding the root cause, and taking countermeasures there. To support the technique, a network (referred as a causal network) that is formed by connecting graphic elements representing problems and causes with arrows representing causal relation is often used. This paper introduces the error cases observed during the exercise to create a causal network based on the article reporting the system failure of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2020 (referred as TSE case), and discuss the difficulties faced when teaching the problem-solving technique.
