• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 筆者が所属する桜美林大学では，初年次の学生を主対象とした基礎科目「コンピュータリテラシーⅠ」を置いている．同科目では，専門の職員による履修者への個別学修支援を提供している．コロナ禍における 2 年目の授業となった 2021 年度春学期については，2020 年度に得られた知見を反映しつつ，オンライン／ハイブリッドでの授業を実施した．また，履修者による授業時間外学修に対して，前述の職員によるオンラインでの支援も引き続き実施した．筆者は，同学期終了後に前述の職員に対するアンケートを実施し，2020 年度に続き同科目の運用に対する考察を行った．同アンケートの結果は，2021 年度の新たな取り組みが効果的に機能したことを示唆するものであった．一方で，オンラインでの授業運用についての課題が少なからず残っていることも明らかになった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: J. F. Oberlin University has been providing a classis “Computer literacy I” to teach basic knowledge and skills of information science. Many first-year students and some elder students have been learning in the classes. To support individual learning and training of the students, the university employs special staff. 2021 is the second year in which the classes are provided online since the COVID-19 pandemic is still raging in Japan. I am trying to improve the online classes by reflecting knowledge and technics obtained in the first-year experiences. Providing questionnaires to the staff is a part of the trials. This report presents the answers of the questionnaires of the staff, and some considerations. Some improvements obtained in the trials and remained problems of the classes are shown in the report.
