• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2021 年 4 月 22 日現在，週刊少年ジャンプに連載されていた漫画「鬼滅の刃」は累計発行部数が 1.5 億部を突破し，映画版である『劇場版「鬼滅の刃」無限列車編』も興行収入歴代一位を記録し，400 億円に迫る勢いである．そのブームは国民的であり，ありとあらゆる分野での商品化が行われているが，他方で，多くの海賊版グッズや便乗グッズが氾濫している．週刊少年ジャンプ全盛期，1990 年代の作品でも，海賊版グッズ等の製造は行われていたが，大規模な展開は工場設備等を持つ事業者にしか不可能であった．2021 年の現在においては，海賊版グッズの製造，流通は個人によってなされるようになっており，3D プリンタ等での個人による製造や，CtoC の取引デジタルプラットフォームを通じた転売等による流通も事件化されている例がみられる．同様に，便乗グッズの製造，流通も様々な規模で行われるようになっており，その対応は一層困難になっている．本発表では，「鬼滅の刃」の海賊版グッズ又は便乗グッズを巡る法的対応の現状について，一定の整理を試みる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As of April 22, 2021, the total number of copies of the manga "Demon Slayer," serialized in the weekly Shonen Jump magazine, has surpassed 150 million, and the movie version, "Demon Slayer: Infinity Train," has recorded the highest box-office revenue in history, approaching 40 billion yen. On the other hand, there are many pirated goods and goods that take advantage of this boom. Even in the heyday of Weekly Shonen Jump in the 1990s, pirated goods were manufactured, but large-scale development was only possible by businesses with factory facilities, etc. As of 2021, the production and distribution of pirated goods is being done by individuals, and there are cases of production by individuals using 3D printers, etc., and distribution by resale through C to C trading digital platforms. In the same way, the production and distribution of goods that are used to take advantage of the products are being carried out on various scales, and it is becoming more difficult to deal with them. In this presentation, I will try to summarize the current situation of legal responses to the pirated goods of "Demon Slayer".
