• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: クラウドサービス，特に IaaS（Infrastructure as a SeIvice）は近年広く使われている．その IaaS 提供者には，利用者から自分に関連するクラウド基盤に障害があるかどうかの問合せがたびたび寄せられる．しかし，提供者は複数の管理機構を使って大量の機器で構成されるクラウド基盤から個々の利用者が利用している機器とその障害影響の有無を確認することに時間を要していた．それに対して我々は，クラウド基盤の複数の階層の構成情報を統一された構成モデルで表現し，複数の管理機構を使って構築されたクラウド基盤の構成情報を統合して利用者単位で可視化する仕組みを開発した．この仕組みを利用することで，提供者は利用者が使っている機器や機器を使っている利用者を簡単に調べられるようになり，実商用 IaaS 環境のデータを用いた実験において利用者からの問合せに迅速に対応できるようになることを確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, it has become common to use cloud service, especially Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). IaaS providers are often asked by users whether their associated cloud infrastiucture have any failure. But providers cannot immediately find the devices that individual users are using and their impact of failure from a large-scale cloud inftastructure built by multiple management systems. In this paper, we propose a method to repiesent the configuration information of multiple layers of the cloud infrastiucture in a unified configuration model, to integrate configuration infoimation of multiple management systems and to visualize the related configuration for each user. By using this method, the provider can easily investigate the equipment used by the user and the user who uses the equfament. And we confirmed that they can quickly respond the inquiry from the users in the experiment using the data of the real commercial IaaS environment.
