本論文では診療予約制を採用している日本の病院における，診察待ち時間の確率モデルを作成し，外来患者の診察待ち時間の分布関数を導出する．さらに，導出した分布関数の診療予約枠の人数を決定する問題への応用方法を示す．具体的には，診察待ち時間の分布関数を用いて，患者の診察待ち時間が一定時間以内になる確率が高くなるような，各予約枠の予約可能な人数の組合せを求める方法を示す．この方法で診療予約枠の人数を決定する問題を解くことにより，遅い時間帯の予約枠の人数を多くすることで，患者の診察待ち時間を短くできることが分かった．また，現実の病院における平均診察待ち時間のデータとこのモデルにより算出された平均診察待ち時間を比較し，モデルの有効性を検証する． |

In this paper, we develop a service waiting time model of a hospital adopting the medical appointment system and derive the distribution function of outpatient's service waiting time. Furthermore, we discuss how to decide the number of appointment patients in each appointment frame by using the distribution function. Specifically, by using the distribution function of the waiting time for each patient, we find out a combination of the number of appointment patients in each appointment frame so that the probability that the waiting time of each patient is less than the given time is higher. Furthermore, comparing the average waiting time in an actual hospital and that calculated by the service waiting time model, we show the effectiveness of our model. |
