• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 評価軸が事前に定義されない運用判断問題では、利用者の判断がどのような観点に基づき、それらがどのような関係構造を形成しているのかを把握することが重要である。本研究では、メーリングリストと個別宛メールが同時に指定された場合の配送挙動に関するアンケートを対象に、Grounded Theory Approachに基づく分析過程を大規模言語モデルにより一貫して実行した。具体的には、自由記述回答に対してオープンコーディング、軸コーディング、選択コーディングを段階的に適用し、評価軸の生成とその関係構造の抽出を行った。分析の結果、本問題は単なる重複配送の是非ではなく、送信者意図、経路の可視性、記録性、重複負荷、返信分岐、運用負担など複数の評価軸から構成される構造的判断問題として記述できることが示された。また、抽出されたカテゴリと選択回答との対応関係を確認することで、質的分析により得られた構造の妥当性を補強した。本研究は、GTAの分析過程を手続きとして明示化し、AIにより一貫して実行することで、運用判断問題における評価軸構造を再現可能な形で抽出する分析基盤を提示する。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In operational decision-making problems where evaluation criteria are not predefined, it is important to identify the criteria underlying users' judgments and the structural relationships among them. This study applies Grounded Theory Approach to a questionnaire on email delivery behavior when both a mailing list and an individual address are specified as recipients. The analytical process, including open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, was executed consistently using a large language model. Through this process, evaluation criteria were generated from free-text responses and integrated into a structural description of the decision problem. The results show that the issue is not merely a matter of duplicate message delivery, but a structural judgment problem involving multiple criteria such as sender intention, visibility of delivery paths, recordability, duplicate-message burden, reply divergence, and operational workload. The validity of the extracted structure was further supported by examining its consistency with quantitative response patterns. This study formalizes the analytical process of Grounded Theory Approach as an explicit procedure and demonstrates a reproducible basis for extracting evaluation-criterion structures in operational decision-making problems through the use of AI.
