• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，近年社会的な問題となっている海賊版サイトに関する既存研究や対策手法を調査し，整理する．海賊版サイトは著作権者に損害を与えるだけでなく，正規サービスの安定的なコンテンツ供給も阻害する．さらに，大規模サイトの閉鎖後も類似サイトが継続的に出現しており，全体像の把握が課題となっている．そこで，海賊版サイトの定義，類型，構造，利用者誘引手法，抑止手法，検出手法に関する既存知見を整理し，特にマンガ村に代表される海賊版サイトに着目しながら，その対策と検出手法の現状を明らかにする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper surveys and organizes prior studies and countermeasures concerning pirated websites, which have become a serious social problem in recent years. Such websites not only cause economic damage to copyright holders, but also undermine the stable supply of content through legitimate services. Furthermore, even after large-scale websites are shut down, similar websites continue to emerge, making it difficult to grasp the overall picture. Therefore, this paper reviews existing knowledge on the definition, classification, structure, user acquisition methods, suppression measures, and detection methods of pirated websites, with particular attention to websites represented by Mangamura, and clarifies the current state of countermeasures and detection methods.
