• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 広島大学では2023年度から，卒論・修論を作成した学生に対して，生成AI活用に関するアンケート調査を行なっている．この2026年3月に，第3回の調査を行なったので，その結果について報告する．卒論・修論作成にあたり月に数回以上生成AIを利用していたという学生の割合は，2023年度調査の25%から2024年度は46%，今回調査では80%になった．いっぽう，生成AIの利用に不安を持ちながら使っていると回答した学生の割合も，48%から54%，66%と増加している状況が明らかになった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Hiroshima University has been conducting questionnaire surveys since AY2023 on the use of generative AI among students who have completed their bachelor's or master's theses. The third survey was conducted in March 2026, and this presentation reports its findings. The proportion of students who reported using generative AI several times a month or more when preparing their bachelor's or master's theses increased from 25% in the AY2023 survey to 46% in AY2024, and to 80% in the latest survey. At the same time, the proportion of students who reported using generative AI while feeling some anxiety about its use also increased, from 48% to 54%, and then to 66%.
