• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 大学におけるICT環境はBYODの普及やコンピュータ教室の縮減に伴って大きく変化しており，学内印刷サービスもオンデマンド印刷を中心とした運用へ移行している．このような環境において，プリンタの配置や印刷枚数制限といった運用設計を適切に行うためには，実際の利用状況を定量的に把握することが重要である．本研究では，京都女子大学においてオンデマンド印刷システムにより収集されたプリンタログを用い，プリンタ設置場所と印刷ジョブ数との関係に着目した時空間相関分析を行った．分析の結果，プリンタ設置場所ごとに利用される時間帯や時期に明確な差異が存在することが確認され，特定の時期には一部のプリンタに印刷ジョブが集中する傾向が見られた．これらの結果は，プリンタの配置や台数，および運用ルールの見直しを検討する上での基礎的知見を提供するものである．本報告は，学内印刷サービスの運用改善に向けたデータ駆動型の意思決定を支援する一事例として位置づけられる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The ICT environment within universities has undergone significant changes due to the proliferation of BYOD and the reduction of computer classrooms, with on-campus printing services also shifting towards an operation centred on on-demand printing. In such an environment, it is crucial to quantitatively understand actual usage patterns in order to appropriately design operational aspects such as printer placement and print volume restrictions. This study employs printer logs collected via an on-demand printing system at Kyoto Women's University to conduct spatiotemporal correlation analysis focusing on the relationship between printer location and print job volume. The analysis confirmed clear differences in the time periods and seasons of usage across printer locations, revealing a tendency for print jobs to concentrate on specific printers during certain periods. These findings provide fundamental insights for reviewing printer placement, number of units, and operational rules. This study report is positioned as an example supporting data-driven decision-making for improving the operation of campus printing services.
