DNS（Domain Name System）は，データ通信に先んじて必ずドメインの名前解決が生じるがゆえに，ネットワークに内在する機器の活動と密接な関係にある．その活動を解析するために，ドメインの機能的な関係性をとらえた簡潔かつ汎用な表現が求められている．本稿では，DNSクエリに基づくドメインの分散表現法を提案する．これにより，単なる文字列からなるドメインを多次元ベクトル空間に埋め込むことで，ドメインを幾何学的に表現することが可能となる．ここで留意すべきは，ドメインの数が膨大であることに加え，分散表現の真の解が不明であることである．そこで，間接的な比較評価を通じて，提案手法と既存手法におけるドメインの分散表現の差異を明らかにした．その結果，提案手法の優位性とともに，ドメインの分散表現においてDNSクエリの特性を考慮することの有効性を示した． |

DNS (Domain Name System) is closely related to the network activities of devices because the devices directly interact with the DNS before data exchanges. The activity analytics requires a concise and versatile representation of numerous domain names with accurately capturing their interrelations. In this paper, we propose a distributed representation approach for domain names based on DNS queries. This distributed representation enables embedding domain names into low-dimensional, dense, and continuous vector spaces. We should note that the number of domain names is vast, and that there is no ground truth of their distributed representation. Accordingly, we conducted indirect comparative evaluations to clarify the differences in the distributed representations generated by each approach. The results indicate the effectiveness of our approach, which incorporates the characteristics of DNS queries into the distributed representation of domain names. |
