| 内容記述 | 調理初心者や一人暮らしの若年層では，手順理解の困難さや失敗への不安，調理の煩わしさといった心理的要因により，調理行動を継続することが難しい．しかし，従来の調理支援システムは工程理解や作業補助などの機能的支援を主目的としており，不安や孤独感といった心理的側面への支援は十分に検討されていない．そこで本研究では，他者と共に調理している感覚を与える体験を「共調理体験」と定義し，調理空間内に固定表示したARアバタが工程説明や応援発話を行うインタラクティブな支援システムを構築した．特にユーザ体験に影響を与える要因としてアバタの発話タイミングに着目し，不定期に発話するランダム発話条件と，調理工程に応じて発話するタイミング制御発話条件を設定して，被験者内比較実験を実施した．その結果，ARアバタを共調理者として提示することで，安心感や楽しさ，共調理感が有意に向上し，心理的体験が改善されることを確認した．さらに，調理行動に対応した発話タイミングは，声かけを自然かつ支援的なインタラクションとして知覚させる上で重要な設計要素であることが明らかになった． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | For cooking beginners and young individuals living alone, psychological factors such as difficulty understanding procedures, anxiety about failure, and the perceived burden of cooking make it difficult to sustain cooking behaviors. However, conventional cooking support systems have primarily focused on functional assistance, such as procedural guidance and task support, while psychological aspects such as anxiety and loneliness have not been sufficiently explored. In this study, we define a “co-cooking experience” as an experience that provides users with the sensation of cooking together with another presence. We developed an interactive support system in which a fixed-position AR avatar appears in the cooking space and provides procedural explanations and encouraging messages. In particular, we focused on the timing of the avatar's utterances as a key factor influencing user experience. Two conditions were designed: a random speech condition, in which the avatar speaks at irregular intervals, and a timing-based speech condition, in which the avatar speaks in accordance with cooking steps. A within-subject experiment was conducted to compare these conditions. The results demonstrated that presenting the AR avatar as a co-cooking partner significantly improved users' sense of reassurance, enjoyment, and perceived co-cooking presence, thereby enhancing the overall psychological experience. Furthermore, speech timing aligned with cooking actions was found to be an important design factor in enabling users to perceive the avatar's utterances as natural and supportive interactions. | |||||||||
