| 内容記述 | 著者らは、1980年代の普通科高等学校における情報処理教育の導入実態について調査を進めてきた。前回の大阪府立高等学校を対象とした調査では、1980年頃より生徒の多様化や興味関心への対応策として、職業教科である「情報処理I」が普通科に導入されていたこと、そしてその担い手が主に数学や理科の教員であったことを明らかにした。本稿では、その傾向が他地域でも見られるかを検証すべく、神奈川県立普通科高等学校を対象に、昭和50年代後半から平成4年頃にかけての「教科外担当者許可願」の申請状況を調査した結果について述べる。調査の結果、商業および商業実習の許可願申請数は昭和63年度から急増し、平成4年度には1,501件（全体の約36%）に達していたことを確認した。特筆すべきは申請者の内訳であり、平成7年度の時点において、商業の許可願申請者の約50%が数学および理科の免許保有者であった。これは、文部省が昭和63年から平成4年にかけて実施した「数学・理科教員向けの情報処理指導者育成研修」の時期とも合致する。すなわち、普通科における情報教育は、制度的には商業科の枠組みを利用しつつも、実質的には数学や理科の教員が原動力となり、平成元年頃から急速に導入・展開されたと推察される。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | The authors have been investigating the actual implementation of information processing education in general high schools during the 1980s. A previous study focusing on Osaka Prefectural High Schools revealed that starting around 1980, the vocational subject “Information Processing I” was introduced into general high school curricula as a measure to address student diversity and interests. It also clarified that the primary instructors for this subject were mathematics and science teachers. This paper examines whether this trend was observed in other regions. To verify this, we investigated the application status of “Permission Requests for Non-Subject Teachers” at Kanagawa Prefectural general high schools from the late 1970s to around 1992. First, it was confirmed that the number of applications for permission to teach commerce and commercial practice surged sharply from the 1988 academic year, reaching 1,501 cases (approximately 36% of the total) by the 1992 academic year. Particularly noteworthy is the breakdown of applicants: by the 1995 academic year, approximately 50% of applicants for permission to teach commerce held teaching licenses in mathematics and science. This coincides with the timing of the “Information Processing Instructor Training Program for Mathematics and Science Teachers” implemented by the Ministry of Education from 1988 to 1992. It is therefore inferred that while information education in general education courses institutionally utilized the framework of commercial courses, it was effectively driven by mathematics and science teachers, leading to its rapid introduction and expansion starting around 1989. | |||||||||
