| 内容記述 | 近年，GIGAスクール構想の推進により，児童生徒1人1台端末の学習環境が急速に整備されつつある．一方で，日本の教員の勤務時間は国際的に見ても長く，授業準備や評価業務にかかる負担の軽減が重要な課題となっている．このような状況を踏まえ，教師が効率的に授業準備を進められる支援ツールの必要性が高まっている．本研究では，評価基準の作成やルーブリックの設計を支援するWebアプリケーション「ルブサポ」を開発した．本稿では，ルブサポの機能および使用方法を述べる．教員と教員免許所持者に使用してもらいアンケートにより評価をおこなった．評価結果を基に校務支援ツールとしての有用性について検討する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, under the GIGA School Initiative, the development of one-device-per-student learning environments has progressed rapidly. However, Japanese teachers' working hours are still long compared to international standards, and reducing the burden of lesson preparation and assessment has become an important issue. In this context, the need for support tools to help teachers prepare lessons efficiently has increased dramatically. In this study, we developed “RubSup,” a web application that supports the development of assessment criteria and rubric design. This paper describes the functions and usage of RubSapo. Teachers and holders of teaching licenses were asked to use the application, and an evaluation was conducted via questionnaire. Based on the evaluation results, we will verify its usefulness as a school management support tool. | |||||||||
