• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は，中小企業の深刻な社会課題である事業承継に対し，情報システム学，特にナレッジマネジメントの観点からアプローチする．事業承継の本質を「暗黙知の移転・創造システム」と定義し，世代や承継経緯が対照的な2社の小規模ファミリー企業を対象に比較事例分析を行った．分析の結果，事業承継のプロセスは一様ではなく，(1)安定した「共同化」を基盤に知識を更新する「継承・発展モデル」と，(2)「共同化」の断絶に対し「表出化」を起点に知識を再構築する「断絶・再構築モデル」という，2つの異なるSECIスパイラルが存在することを明らかにした．本稿では，この2つの新モデルを提案するとともに，知識創造プロセスが後継者の「心理的所有権」を醸成するメカニズムを解明した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This study approaches the critical social issue of business succession in SMEs from the perspective of knowledge management. We define business succession as a "tacit knowledge transfer and creation system." Through a comparative case study of two small family firms with contrasting generations and succession circumstances, we identify two distinct SECI spirals. The findings reveal: (1) a "Succession and Development Model" based on stable socialization, and (2) a "Disruption and Rebuilding Model" initiated by externalization due to a lack of socialization. This paper proposes these new models and elucidates the mechanism by which the knowledge creation process fosters the successor's "psychological ownership."
