| 内容記述 | アイデンティティを取り巻く取り組みは昨今さまざまな場において取り組みが行われ注目が集まっている。大学におけるアイデンティティのひとつとなる大学情報システムアカウントは大学という組織に初めて加入する際に発行され、その籍がなくなるまで継続的に利用されるものである。一度出来上がったアイデンティティに対する取り組みはさまざまではあるが、このアイデンティティの基点となるアカウント情報を最初に利用者に渡す対応は鶏卵問題を生みうる難しい課題である。特に大学では新入生に対して一斉にアカウント発行を年に1度少なからず行う必要があり、通常は本人確認を原則として行われる必要があるが、新入生への対応となると非常に苦慮すべき課題になる。本稿では、2025年度に本学で実際に行った新入生向けのアカウント配布というイベントという事例を元に変えることのできないポイントの整理とシステム化によっていかに対応の効率化を図れるかを検討する。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In recent years, various efforts surrounding digital identity have engaged significant attention across multiple fields. One of the identities in university is the information system account, which is issued when an individual first joins the institution and is used continuously until their affiliation ends. Although there are a variety of approaches to managing established identities, the initial process of distributing the account information, which forms the foundation of one's identity, presents a complex challenge in the chicken-and-egg problem. Universities must issue accounts to the freshman students at least once a year, and although identity verification is generally required as a guiding principle, handling freshman students poses unique difficulties. This paper examines a case study of an account distribution event held at our university for freshman students in the 2025. Based on this case, we explore how clarifying non-negotiable requirements and introducing systematization can lead to more efficient account issuance processes. | |||||||||
