バイモーダルITは，コスト削減や効率化を重視するSoRを意識したモード1と，柔軟性や俊敏性が求められるSoIやSoEを意識したモード2という2つの異なる流儀を，その時々で柔軟に使い分けていくIT戦略の考え方を指す．香川大学は，主にSoRとしての役割を担う基幹業務システムの開発と，SoIやSoEを意識した内製業務システムの開発に対して異なる流儀を使いわけ，さらにそれを連携し共存させる取り組みを開始させた．本論文ではそれら取り組みから，バイモーダルIT時代の業務システムの開発について述べる． |

Bimodal IT refers to an IT strategy that combines two distinct approaches: Mode1 which focuses on cost reduction and efficiency for SoR, and Mode2 which emphasizes flexibility and agility for SoI and SoE. Kagawa University has initiated efforts to integrate its core business systems, which primarily serve as SoR, with internally developed business systems that are designed based on SoI and SoE. This paper describes the development of business systems in the era of bimodal IT, based on its efforts in internal system development. |
