• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 多種多様のサイバー攻撃から防御するため，システムによる防御に加え，ユーザ自身でセキュリティ対策を継続的に実施する必要がある．セキュリティ対策に対するユーザの意識が様々であるため，ユーザのセキュリティ意識や対策実施状況に応じて適切な促進手法を提供することが望まれるが，現在提供されている対策促進手法はすべてのユーザに対して画一的であるため，ユーザの対策継続状況は約44.6%と低い状況にある．また，対策を継続的に実施しているユーザであっても，ある時点より継続的に実施しないようになる後戻り現象が知られており，この現象を防ぐためにユーザに対して継続的に促進することが重要である．そこで本論文では，継続的な対策促進手法を検討するための最初の手順として，ユーザが継続的に対策を実施する際の促進要因と阻害要因を明らかにした．パソコンユーザとスマートフォンユーザ向けにアンケート調査を実施した結果，継続的な対策実施に影響する要因として，パソコンユーザは対策実施に対する負担，懲罰と報酬であり，スマートフォンユーザは，対策実施に対する恩恵や負担，懲罰と報酬，他者から見た自己の印象や当事者意識であることを確認した．さらに各要因の影響度の大きさを明らかにし，継続的に対策を実施するユーザの特徴を解明した．以上より，ユーザに継続的な促進手法を検討するうえで有益な知見が得られた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: To prevent from various cyberattacks such as phishing attacks, the systems defense users and the users need to take security action continually. It is important to provide personalized approaches that focus on the different security awareness of each user. However, it is reported that more than half of users do not continually take security action, because the same approaches are provided for all users. In addition, related works state that there is a relapse phenomenon which users returns to bad situation, it is important to provide personalized intervention continually to prevent from relapse phenomenon. In this paper, we conduct two online surveys to reveal human factors impacting the continuous security actions. As a result, the disadvantage against security action, discipline and incentive affect for computer user. The advantage and disadvantage against security action, discipline and incentive, their impressions from other, and sense of ownership affect for smartphone user. Impacting human factors are different between computer user and smartphone user. In addition, we confirmed that the characteristics of the users who take security action continually. These results are useful to consider appropriate intervention for action and maintenance users.
