• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では，回答者複数名のグループによって，1つのまとまった回答を作成する調査に対して，クラウド型のサービス（SaaS）を用いる際に，効率的に管理する仕組みを提案する．本研究提案手法では，SaaSと学認の属性プロバイダーであるmAP Coreを連携することで，組織ごとの回答者らをグループ化し，グループごとに回答を行う．mAP CoreのAPIを用いて登録されたグループをSaaSに送ることで，認証連携を行う．提案の仕組みでは，グループ管理の権限は，Web調査フォームの管理者からグループ管理者に移譲することになり，複数回答者の管理効率化を図る．2022年度より，提案の仕組みを利用して，システム利用の監査を兼ねた組織向けに行う年に1度の調査を行った．対象組織数は約300である．提案の仕組みを用いることにより，近年，90%前後であった回答回収率が100%になり，回答回収期間も大幅に削減された．本稿では，提案の仕組みと実運用，評価について述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this study, we propose an efficient management mechanism when using a cloud-based service (SaaS) for surveys in which groups of respondents formulate a single integrated response. The proposed system links SaaS and mAP Core, an accreditation attribute provider, to group respondents by organization, and each group responds to the survey. mAP Core's API is used to send the registered groups to SaaS for authentication. In the proposed system, the authority for group management is transferred from the administrator of the survey form to the group administrator to improve the management efficiency of multiple respondents. The number of target organizations is about 300. By using the proposed mechanism, the response collection rate, which has been around 90% in recent years, has increased to 100%, and the response collection period has been significantly reduced. This paper describes the proposed system, its actual operation, and evaluation.
