• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 認知症は表出する症状とその原因の関係が多様であるため，認知症当事者の認知的視点を理解するスキルが重要であり，ナラティブの経験的イメージの補完が必要である．本研究では，認知症当事者とのco-designを通じて，患者体験（PX）をVRで体験することが可能なPX体験プラットフォームを構築した．本プラットフォームでは，多様な認知症症状を一人称視点で体験できるとともに，障害や環境をコントロールする機能や多人数で空間を共有する機能があり，認知的な活動を健常者と比較しながら体験することが可能である．認知症当事者に対してPX体験を実施した結果，共同創造のプロセスが機能することが確認でき，より当事者の視点に近い体験になる可能性が示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Since the relationship between the manifested symptoms and their causes is diverse in dementia, it is important to have skills to understand the cognitive perspectives of people with dementia and to complement the experiential images of the narratives. In this study, we constructed an immersive patient experience (PX) platform that enables the PX to be experienced in VR through co-design with individuals living with dementia. The platform enables the user to experience various symptoms of dementia from a first-person perspective, as well as to control obstacles and the environment, and to share the space with many people, making it possible to experience cognitive activities. As a result of conducting the PX experience for people with dementia, it was confirmed that the co-design process functions, suggesting the possibility of an experience that is closer to the perspective of the individuals living with dementia.
