• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究は、日本、アメリカ、スペインの3か国を対象に、サイバネティック・アバターの利用に伴う倫理的課題への認識を比較調査した。各国で実施したアンケート調査の結果、生活・労働、プライバシー、ジェンダー、ハラスメントなどのテーマにおける認識には国ごとに差異が認められた。日本は労働や差別的課題に対する懸念が強く、政府や企業によるガイドライン策定を重視する傾向が見られた。一方、アメリカは操作者の透明性に敏感であり、ガイドラインは企業の自主的対応を重視する傾向があった。スペインは他の国に比べ、全体的にアバターに対する懸念が低く教育的利用に対して寛容で、ガイドラインは法的規制を強く求める姿勢を示した。これらの結果は、アバターの国際的な普及に伴う設計において、各国の文化的背景を考慮した柔軟な対応が必要であることを示唆している。

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This study conducted a comparative survey on the perception of ethical issues associated with the use of cybernetic avatars in three countries: Japan, the United States, and Spain. The results of the survey, conducted in each country, revealed differences in awareness regarding themes such as work and labor, privacy, gender, and harassment. Japan showed strong concerns about labor and discrimination issues, with a tendency to emphasize the establishment of guidelines by the government and corporations. In contrast, the United States was sensitive to the transparency of avatar operators and placed greater emphasis on companies' voluntary initiatives in developing guidelines. Spain, compared to the other countries, demonstrated lower overall concern regarding avatars, displayed a tolerant attitude toward educational use, and showed a strong preference for legal regulations when establishing guidelines. These findings suggest that flexible approaches, taking into account the cultural background of each country, are essential in the policy design accompanying the global proliferation of avatars..
