| 内容記述 | 教育機関におけるプログラミングなどの演習授業において，統一化されたPC環境の提供は重要である．近年，オンライン授業への対応が進んだ経緯から，従来のPC教室に変わって，クラウド上の仮想マシンを各学生に提供する試みがある．一方，授業ごとの仮想マシンの設定変更などは授業時間中に行われ，そのトラブルシューティングが授業進行を妨げている．仮想マシンの設定や制御をスクリプトコードで管理できるInfrastructure as Code（IaC）は，仮想マシンのカスタマイズを自動化できるが，基盤となるクラウドシステムがコマンドラインインターフェース（CLI）を提供している必要がある．しかし，教育機関向けにカスタマイズされたクラウドシステムでは，CLIが利用できない場合がある．本研究では，著者らが所属する公立はこだて未来大学で利用している教育用クラウドシステムを対象として，クラウド基盤が持つCLIが利用できない場合でもIaCに対応できる手法を確立する．また，各学生が持つBYOPCが多種多様なことに対応するため，IaCフレームワークの機能をFunction as a Service（FaaS）として実装し，シンプルなコマンドのみで利用できるようにした．本稿では，IaC対応の実現手法を述べるとともに，実際の授業で活用し有効性を検証する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | PC rooms in educational institutions have been in charge of providing a unified development platform for programming classes. The coronavirus pandemic has promoted the deployment of virtual machines (VMs) in the public cloud for educational use as an alternative to PC rooms. Unfortunately, the complicated process of adjusting virtual machines specific to each class, such as configurations and installations, provokes mistakes, and its troubleshooting possibly disrupts the class's progress. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) allows you to manage the settings and control of virtual machines with script code and can automate their customization. Most IaC frameworks require the underlying cloud system to provide a command-line interface (CLI). However, CLIs may not be available in cloud systems because of educational institutions' customization requirements. In this study, we establish a method to support IaC even when the cloud infrastructure's CLI is not available, targeting the educational cloud system at Future University Hakodate, where the authors are affiliated. In addition, to accommodate each student's variety of BYOPC, we implemented the functions of the IaC framework as Function as a Service (FaaS) and made it possible to invoke them with simple commands that are easy to install. This paper describes the IaC integration into a private VM control UI and implementation as FaaS, and demonstrates the evaluation result of its effectiveness with a trial in an actual class. | |||||||||
