• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: デジタル技術の進展やGIGAスクール構想の推進により，教育機関では1人1台のPCまたはタブレットが配布され，学習者に個別のIDが割り振られる時代が到来した．この変化に伴い，ID管理の重要性が一層高まっている．ID管理の主な目的は，入学・進学・卒業時の手続きの簡素化，デジタル教材や学習プラットフォームへの統一的なアクセス，出席や活動状況の効率的な管理など，多岐にわたる．また，初等中等高等教育機関間のID連携は，入試や入学，進学時にデータを円滑に引き継ぐことを可能にし，手続きの効率化に寄与する．高等教育機関では統合認証基盤の整備が進み，ID管理システムの導入が広がっている．一方で，初等中等教育機関では，学校ごとの独自管理や，利用するサービスごとの個別ID発行，さらには紙ベースでの管理が併存するなど，管理方法にばらつきが見られる．本研究では，これらの実態を調査し，現状の課題を整理するとともに，初等中等高等教育間のID管理に関する考察を述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Advances in digital technology and the promotion of the GIGA school concept have ushered in an era in which educational institutions will distribute one PC or tablet per student and assign individual IDs to learners. With this change, identity management has become even more important, and its main objectives include simplifying procedures for enrollment, advancement, and graduation; providing uniform access to digital learning materials and learning platforms; and efficiently managing attendance and activities. In addition, ID linkage between primary, secondary, and higher education institutions will enable smooth transfer of data at the time of entrance examinations, enrollment, and higher education, and contribute to streamlining procedures. Higher education institutions have made progress in developing integrated authentication infrastructures, and the introduction of ID management systems is spreading. On the other hand, elementary and secondary education institutions have their own ID management systems, or individual IDs are issued for each service they use, or paper-based ID management systems coexist, and there is a variation in management methods. In this study, we investigate these actual conditions, summarize current issues, and discuss ID management among primary, secondary, and tertiary education.
