GIGAスクール構想実現に向け整備された学校ネットワークには多くの課題があり，改善が求められている．文部科学省が提供する学校のネットワーク改善ガイドブックによると各学校はネットワークアセスメントを実施することが求められ，その調査項目や改善ポイントなどが示されているが，具体的な実施手順は明記されていない．本研究は，東広島市立小学校・中学校の学校ネットワークを対象に計測機器を設置し，継続的な観測によりネットワークアセスメントに向けた調査を実施することで，他の地域においても適用可能なネットワーク性能調査手順の確立を目的としている．本稿では，東広島市内に点在する44拠点から12拠点を選定し，各拠点に3台設置した計測機器によるアクティブ計測システムの構成を示す． |

The school networks established to realize the GIGA School Concept in Japan face many challenges and require improvements. According to the network improvement guidebook provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), schools are required to conduct network assessments, with survey items and improvement points specified. However, specific implementation procedures are not clearly stated. This study aims to establish a network performance assessment procedure that can be applied in other regions by installing measurement devices in elementary and junior high schools in Higashihiroshima City and conducting continuous observations to investigate network assessments. In this paper, we present the configuration of an active measurement system by selecting 12 locations from 44 sites scattered across Higashihiroshima City, with three measurement devices installed at each site. |
