• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: モバイルインフラシェアリングは，モバイル事業者のコスト削減，カバレッジ拡大，新規事業者の参入障壁低下，周波数の有効利用など様々なメリットがある．一方でシェアリングのタイプによっては市場の競争に悪影響を及ぼす恐れがあることから，規制 ・ 競争当局による市場の監視が求められる．5G への移行に伴い， これまで事例の少なかった我が国も含め，世界的にインフラシェアリングの導入がさらに活発化すると予想される．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The potential benefits of mobile infrastructure sharing include cost reduction, improved coverage, lowering barriers to entry into the mobile market, and spectrum efficiency. However, as some types of sharing models might cause negative consequences for competition, sharing agreements should be carefully assessed by the regulatory and / or competition authorities. The evolution of mobile network to 5G would increase interests in infrastructure sharing among mobile operators worldwide including Japan, where there has been limited adoption of sharing models.
