• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ウェブサーピスをユーザに提供している弊社では，自社サービスに対する要望について自由記述形式の投稿を収集し，投稿を人手でカテゴリ分類することで定量的に評価している．カテゴリ分類作業には事業理解が必要であるため習得が難しく，作業者一名で取り組んでおり負担が大きい．作業効率化のために，少量の学習データから簡単な分類モデルを構築し，作業者は分類モデルの出力を修正するという作業に切り替える．その結果，分類モデルの精度は約 6 割だったが，低い分類性能にもかかわらず作業時間が半分ほどに削減された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We collect customers requests for our own product to improve service. For quantitative analysis, we manually classify the requests into specified categories. It is difficult for an annotator who doesn't have domain knowledge to classify the post as category. Manually annotation also takes long time and annotator get a tired feeling. To solve these problems, we assist text classification in suggesting category by using low-performance classification model trained with manually annotated small data. Annotator fixes the output of classification model. As a result, annotator can annotate a half of fully manually annotating time.
