• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年の著しいスマートフォンの普及に伴い，いわゆる 「スマホ依存」 が社会問題となっている．本研究ではスマホ依存の要因の一つである 「SNS 依存」 に着目し，意味もなく SNS を利用してしまう SNS 依存の緩和を目的として，SNS における更新と閲覧を区別し，1 日の更新回数に目標を持ち，更新回数を可視化することで，閲覧頻度が自ずと低下する，と言う仮説を立てる．本研究では，R-PDCA サイクルに基づいてユーザが SNS 利用頻度の自己管理を意識することを促し，更新回数の上限を目標として設け，更新回数を可視化した場合と，目標上限更新回数を設けず，更新回数も可視化しない場合での閲覧頻度への影響を比較する．これにより，SNS 依存において，更新回数に目標を設定することが SNS 閲覧頻度にどのような影響を及ぼすかを検証する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Along with the widespread adoption of smartphones in recent years, "smartphone dependence" has become a social problem. In this research, we focus on SNS dependence which is one of the smartphone dependency factors. For the purpose of relaxing SNS dependence which makes meaningless use of SNS, we make a hypothesis that, by distinguishing between updating and browsing at SNS, setting goals for the number of updates per day, and visualizing the number of updates, the browsing frequency naturally decreases. In this research, by turning the R-PDCA cycle, we expect that users manage SNS usage frequency by themselves. We examine the influence of distinguishing between update and browsing, and applying R-PDCA cycle on SNS. We develop two kind of applications to examine the influence of distinguishing between update and browsing, and applying R-PDCA cycle on SNS.
