学習経済モデルは，現代の目まぐるしく変遷する情報をすばやく個々人の知識として取り入れるために，市場経済原理を学びの仕組みに取り入れた学習モデルである．学習経済モデルでは，情報が市場経済の原理により取引されて，学びの循環を生み出す．この学習経済モデルでは，二つの課題を解決する．第一に市場経済によって知識を価値化することにより，従来は実現できなかったような形で誰でも知識を評価できる仕組みを提供する．第二に更新を余儀なくされる新しい知識の提供，持続的な学習のモチベーションの維持，学習環境や個々のニーズへの対応，および社会のニーズの反映といった伝統的な学校制度が抱える積年の課題を解決する．我々は，従来から研究開発を重ねてきたコンテンツカプセル技術とブロックチェーン技術を組み合わせ，このような学習経済モデルを構築しようとしている．本稿では，学習経済モデルの提案とその実装状況について報告する． |

The learning economy which incorporates the market economy principle provides a model of learning to quickly integrate the rapidly changing information as knowledge. In the learning economy, information is traded according to the principle of market economy, produce a circular flow of learning. The learning economy solves two problems. Firstly, the knowledge is evaluated by the market economy, providing a mechanism that anyone can objectively evaluate the knowledge that could not be realized conventionally. Secondly, the model solves the challenges which traditional schools were unable to solve for ages, such as providing updated new knowledge, maintaining motivation for sustained learning, various needs of individuals and the needs for a better learning environment, and reflecting social needs. We have implemented a learning platform based on the learning economy model using blockchain that we have been researching and developing for many years. |
